By using Higgs TTS, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service, local server packages, or model weights.

2. Licensing and Open-Source Rules

The model weights and inference recipes are distributed under specific developer licenses. You are allowed to:

• Use the model for testing, educational, and research projects.
• Run local deployments using SGLang-Omni on your own hardware.
• Integrate the speech generation endpoint into your software applications.

Make sure to review the license requirements of the underlying model weights before deploying them in commercial configurations.

3. User Responsibilities

When generating speech with Higgs TTS, you agree to:

• Use the system for lawful purposes only.
• Not generate speech that impersonates individuals without their explicit written consent.
• Not upload voice reference files that you do not own or have permission to use.
• Clearly mark synthetic speech outputs as AI-generated when publishing or distributing the audio.

4. Limitation of Liability

The software, weights, and hosted playground are provided "as is". Higgs TTS and its developers are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, data losses, or application issues arising from the use of this software.

5. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of Higgs TTS constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
