Higgs TTS is a conversational text-to-speech system developed by the Boson AI Team. The hosted playground and related resources are provided for educational and testing purposes. The system processes text streams and optional voice reference audio to generate synthetic speech.

2. No Guarantees of Performance

We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, quality, or stability of the audio generated by Higgs TTS. The generated speech output is based entirely on user-provided inputs, configuration parameters, and reference voice files. Outputs may contain errors, mispronunciations, or variations that differ from expectations.

3. User Input and Content Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for any text, scripts, and audio files they input into the system. You must ensure you have the legal right to use any reference audio files uploaded for voice cloning. Higgs TTS and its developers shall not be held responsible or liable for any output containing offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted material generated by users.

4. Intellectual Property and Licenses

The software, model weights, and technical designs are managed under their respective open-source or commercial licenses. Users retain ownership of original text inputs and specific audio recordings generated, subject to local copyright laws and underlying model licensing agreements.

5. Hosted Sandbox and Playground

The online sandbox, including embedded Hugging Face Spaces, is currently under stabilization. Service interruptions, delays, or temporary suspension of the playground may occur without prior notice.

6. Limitations of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the Boson AI Team, its affiliates, or the operators of this site be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use this speech synthesis service.
